A: Yes. – Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls New York USA is open every day of the year for viewing Niagara Falls. In Niagara Falls Canada, Queen Victoria Park is open for viewing Niagara Falls 24/7/365. Boat rides and most seasonal attractions close in October and reopen during the months of April and May. Fees for automobile parking vary according to the season and location.
Border Crossing: The Rainbow Bridge between Niagara Falls New York USA and Niagara Falls Ontario Canada is open 24 hours a day every day of the year. Typically it takes five to 10 minutes to cross the bridge including customs inspection. Check border crossing times beforehand. Border Crossing Information. Rainbow Bridge tolls are $6.00 US & $8.50 CDN.
Nightly Illumination of the Falls: January 1st – 31st 5:00pm-1:00am. (X)

OPEN: Prospect Point at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls New York USA is open 24/7/365 for viewing the Falls.
The Niagara Falls Welcome Center is open daily from 8:00am to 4:00pm during January. There are no fees to enter the park. (X)
OPEN: Goat Island – Open daily from sunrise until midnight year round. There are no fees to visit Goat Island yet there is a fee for parking. The pedestrian bridge is always open 24/7 to Goat Island and there are no fees to cross.
OPEN: Cave of the Winds 9:00am – 4:00pm seven days a week during January.
Off season tickets are currently $14.00 adult & $10.00 youth 6-12. In season ticket price is $23.00 adult & $19.00 youth 6-12. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket window or the Niagara Falls Welcome Center in Prospect Point Park. (X)
