A great stop, you can see the lighthouse without paying to see the fort, but the fort is worth visiting even with the entry fee.
Cool place go if you get a chance
Lighthouse was not open....but......free parking and a quick walk around was available.
We arrived too late to tour the lighthouse but did stop and get a few photos of it in the waning light. It is a stately building that has changed a bit over the years or should I say centuries. There is a placard out front which gives some history behind the place.
