From the very first phone calls with Anna and Summer to the moment we touched back down, Niagara Helicopters delivered an exceptional experience.
Weather was understandably the big variable on the day, and Chief Pilot; Franco was absolutely superb with clear, honest, and timely updates throughout our stay. When the window opened, the conditions turned out to be even better than anyone could have hoped for, and the flight was simply unforgettable. Niagara Falls from the air is breathtaking.
What really stood out to me, though, was the people. Every single member of the team we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. It wasn’t just a helicopter flight, it was a beautifully run experience from a team that clearly cares.
I can’t wait to return with my family and do it all again. World-class scenery, superb aircraft, but above all, outstanding people.
