We had a reservation and waited 30 min to have a table by the window. The food was average for 300 dollars bill for 2 people. Right after the dessert the waiter brought the bill and told us no rush, ok, ..you can enjoy your time. Few minutes later the manager showed up and asked us to leave in 5 min because the table is reserved, her approach was extremely impolite and unprofessional and ruined our evening. And it is good to know that the restaurant was half empty.

The views and the friendly staff are the best part of this restaurant. The prices for the food are pretty outrageous for the portion and the flavors.

Beautiful view of the falls, service by waiter was amazing his name is Damion. Everyone else at 245pm just looked at us, asked us if we just wanted to see the view or dine. Not very welcoming. More attention and direction could be given.

I was very excited to go to STK Steakhouse at the Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. But I was beyond disappointed by the experience. First, our waiter, while very polite, was absent most of the evening. We asked for water as soon as we sat down and waited at least 20 minutes for him to show back up, without the water. We waited another 5 minutes for our water. After that, the waiter only checked on us once more and was overly apologetic, to the point of it being quite awkward. My husband ordered fish and chips. He said it tasted fine, but was very much like you'd find at any mom and pop restaurant anywhere. I ordered the wagyu Australian flat iron steak with chimichurri and asparagus as our side. The steak was way overcooked and the chimichurri was mostly just oil. The asparagus was out of season, overcooked, and tasted quite bitter. Our bill came to over $200 (American). I was quite annoyed. If I am going to spend that kind of money, I expect the meal to at least taste good. I will never go back and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place!
