Tour and tour driver was AMAZING!! Toronto traffic however was AWFUL and definitely not the driver (Gary’s) fault. Highly recommend with the boat ride, just anticipate you will get wet. Beautiful area around the falls downtown area with gorgeous parks. Gary was very thorough with his communication and directions. Anticipate 9-11 hours from Toronto for total tour time. Smaller van and group which was fun.
My wife and I usually take a tour when we travel to someplace we haven't been before, so when we booked a trip to Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, we hired Zoom tours through Viator.
Our tour guide was Johnny, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he's by far the best tour guide we've had - and we've had quite a few. He has an extensive knowledge of the area, including all the back roads and shortcuts that helped keep us from getting stuck in Toronto's considerable traffic.
But that's not all: he's also a funny, engaging sort who kept everyone laughing through the whole trip to the falls and back. Makes sense, since he spent a couple of years singing and doing comedy on a cruise ship. But he's also extremely well-traveled, and can not only tell you the history of Toronto and its little-known fun facts, but pretty much every place else as well.
We expected just another ho-hum tour, but we were treated to an entertaining and educational experience that turned out to be the high point of our trip. Now, when we're stuck in traffic, my wife and I ask, WWJD - What Would Johnny Do?

Great full day out. Hotel pick up, Gary our driver and guide was great, knowledgeable about Toronto, and journey to falls. Under the falls, boat trip, lunch and additional stops all fantastic.
Die Tour war super geplant und organisiert. Dwayne unser Guide hat und klasse alles erzählt und herumgeführt. Wer ihn hat, der wird einen sehr coolen Ausflug haben!
Wir haben extra ohne Dinner gebucht, so hatten wir über 3,5 Stunden Zeit entlang der Niagarafälle zu spazieren. Es war wirklich super!
