February 13th-15th 2010 'Bug-a-licious' Insect Food Festival - $11.75

Wondering what to do over Family Day or the U.S. President's Day long weekend? This event features an insect cooking competition between Chef Jeff Stewart and a special surprise guest chefs. Paid admission to the Butterfly Conservatory will include insect menu samplings: $11.75 for Adults 13+, $6.95 for Children 6 - 12 years and Children 5 and under are admitted FREE. Get outside on Saturday July 10th 2010 for the 8th Annual Downtown St. Catharines Classic Car Show. Come see some of the greatest automobiles of the 20th century lining the streets of Downtown. Neither the U.S.A.F Thunderbirds or the Blue Angels perform in 2010 at Niagara Falls. This info has been posted due to the amount of inquires we receive. Hopefully they will return in 2012.
   
The Garden Club of Niagara will be hosting a Flower Show called " A Sense of History" at McFarland House, 1597 Niagara Parkway, Niagara-On -The-Lake On Saturday August 29th and Sunday, August 30th.Tours of McFarland House start at 2:30 pm and end at 4:30 pm. The cost of the tour, which includes the Flower Show is $5.00. Spend an afternoon at Historic McFarland House enjoying the designs and floral entries by the members of the Garden Club and perhaps tea on the patio. Reservations for tea recommended 905-468-3322 .
