What is required to make a reservation?
You may call 716-284-7040 or reserve on-line through our secure reservation form.
 
When does billing start and stop?
Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off.  The balance (minus deposit) will be due at first pickup location, unless payment in full is made prior to the date of your engagement. A fifteen minute (15 minute) grace period is allowed. Any time used past contract will be billed another full hour.
 
What is your minimum hourly requirement?
There is a three (3) hour minimum service except for airport transfers.  Exceptions may be made for lunch and/or dinner promotions, and on a case by case basis. We can provide services for as little as a transfer or up to a multi-day event.  Please contact us for more information.
 
Is gratuity included?
A 20% gratuity is added at time of billing. All quotations will include added gratuity.
 
 
What if my reservation time is up and I'd like to keep
the limo longer ?
You may extend your reservation provided payment is made in full at time of service and the limousine has no further obligations for the evening. Your chaueffeur will be able to provide you with this information.
 
How can I stay in contact with my chauffeur during my trip?
All limousines offer hands intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip.  Also, all chaffeurs carry cell phones so that you may contact them.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable unless circumstances beyond our control prevent us from performing the service.
 
What is your alcoholic beverage policy?
Customers over the age of 21 are welcome to bring any and all beverages of their choice including bottles and cans.  All limousines feature crystal glassware, multiple ice compartments as well as complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages.
 
What should we bring with us?
We recommend bringing your favorite CD's and VHS cassettes.   Also, our guests age 21 and over may bring alcoholic beverages.   We provide complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages.  Many guests also bring cameras to capture the special memories from their trip.
 
What if I or someone in my party damages the vehicle during our trip?
Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery.  We also reserve the right to charge a fee for excessive mess clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This information will be outlined in a contract for service that you must sign before charter begins.
 
Is smoking allowed in your limousines?
No.
