From the New York State Thruway "90" take exit "190 North" to "Niagara Falls". The 190 North  crosses "Grand  Island" When crossing the 2nd (North) Bridge take the right lane and exit 21.

At the exit be sure to stay to the right and follow the  "R Moses Pkwy" New York State Park American Falls". Travel roughly 3.5 miles (5.6 km) following the Niagara River.

At the 2nd stop sign (1 block past the Hard Rock Cafe) turn right on Niagara Street.. Travel 2 blocks and make a u-turn. This will put you on the Rainbow Bridge to Niagara Falls Canada.

Immediately after clearing customs veer right at the stop light then turn right and head towards the river.

At the next light turn right. You will pass underneath the Rainbow Bridge. This is River Road and the "Niagara Parkway".

Travel roughly 2 miles (3.2 km). There will be signs for parking near the "Table Rock House". This will put you adjacent to the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.
